We are pleased to announce the opening of two new shopping centers located in Lviv and Khmelnytskyi regions, namely in the city of Stryi and in the city of Slavuta, which took place in March of this year.

The shopping center has a CHAPLIN cinema and a food court, which is represented by original restaurants.
The opening of the Stryi City shopping center was a landmark event for the residents of the city and the district, who showed high interest from the first days, which generated consistently high traffic. The mall opened with a vacancy rate of 20%, which is a good indicator at the moment. Slavuta - shopping center VITAmin
The VITAmin shopping and office center is located on the central street of Slavuta - Sobornosti 20. The total area is 3500 square meters. commercial 3000 sq.m. Four floors. Anchor tenants: Taistra supermarket (550 sq.m.), Expert household appliances (400 sq.m.), SINSAY (700 sq.m.) The Zoloty Vik, MTA.UA, Office center, Andi, DS pharmacy and other tenants are also present. The Ukrainian Consult Group company, which was the exclusive broker of this project, reports that at the time of the shopping center's opening, the leased space was 100% occupied.
