Complements the line of tenants of the first floor "Good Day Pharmacy" of the company "Aronia", which is one of the leaders of the pharmacy market of Ukraine.
The second floor of the company "Ukrainian Consult Group", which was the exclusive broker for the selection of tenants in this shopping center, filled the operators of the segment "fashion" in the price offer average minus. Among the tenants are such networks as "Deshevshe.net" of the company "Valimark", the network "Sandalino", which represents a wide line of shoes of its own production, the network "Everything from 35 UAH" of the company "Kadiumg Group" and others. As of the opening day, the occupancy rate was 88%, which is a very good figure for a shopping center in the district center, which was opened during the difficult time of the coronavirus pandemic.
